Practices & Techniques

Learn powerful practices to support inner and outer transformation. This includes: Yoga practices,  Breathwork, Chakra meditation, Yoga nidra, Food challenge, Gratitude practice, Intuitive counselling and Medical intuition.

There’s no set routine. I will customize a practice for you.

Sessions will be based on you as an individual and your wellness goals, desires, needs and challenges. We’ll tackle any blocks hindering your well-being and life progression.
