8-Class Package

Use the 8 sessions to focus on a wellness goal. Or explore with yoga exercises, breathing exercises, chakra active meditation, and group sessions.

A.M.Y BEGINNER (45 minutes): Start with standing postures, foundation poses. Achieve mind-body balance. Gain a deeper connection with yourself. Learn ancient yogic practices so you can be better in the world.

A.M.Y STRONG (45 minutes): Focus on toning and strengthening the body with longer posture holds while working with your breath.

  • Increase fitness level
  • Increase lung capacity & VO2
  • Increase muscle strength

A.M.Y STRETCH (45 minutes): This is a combination of AMY beginner and AMY strong. It’s also a restorative practice for those looking to slow down and stretch.

  • Reduce pain
  • Decrease joint stiffness
  • Become more limber

BUSY BODY (25 minutes): Sitting and typing all day has negative effects on mind-body wellness. To increase balance and improve circulation, it is important to create movement throughout the workday. This class works with busy people who have a limited time to get the body moving. Schedule to fit early morning or mid-day work schedules. Movements include energetic breath work, chair and standing yoga.

  • Boost energy levels

  • Increase focus and concentration

BADASS BREATHING (30 minutes): Yogic breathing shifts the energies of the mind. A.M.Y’s Breath-work is designed to help participants breathe their way to a better workday. Participants  will be led through a series of breathing exercises designed to increase energy, blood circulation and support mental and physical pain management.

  • Detox the body

  • Enhance lung capacity

CHAKRA CHARGE (30 Minutes): An introductory Chakra group practice to charge up your energies for the day or the week. Get a taste of the inner energies at work.
