ii. BREATHE YOUR WAY TO BETTER HEALTH (10-week online audio-visual program): This program is designed to teach participants exercises to expand the breathing capacity, increase blood circulation and clarity. Daily breathing exercises available. Self-guided videos. $99
iii. GET MY SWAG BACK: (6-Week CHALLENGE): Get your discipline back and more! You will get my guided instruction and motivation over the 6-week period so you can meet your wellness and life goals.
If you need a challenge and a Coach to hold you accountable then this program is for you. There is a lot of practice involved that requires your commitment.
