i. AMY BEGINNER (45 minutes): Beginners and returnees welcomed. Start with standing yoga postures, foundation poses. Achieve mind-body balance. Expand higher knowledge. Learning ancient yogic practices so you can be better in the world. $20
ii. AMY STRONG (45 minutes):Focus on toning and strengthening the body with longer posture holds and working with breath. $20
iii. AMY STRETCH (45 minutes): This is a combination of A.M.Y Beginner and A.M.Y Strong. It’s also a restorative practice for those looking to slow down and stretch. $20
iv. BUSY BODY (25 minutes): Sitting and typing all day has negative effects on mind-body wellness. To increase balance and improve circulation, it is important to create movement throughout the day. This class works with busy people who have a limited time to get the body moving. Schedule to fit early morning or mid-day work schedules. Movements include energetic breath work, chair and standing yoga. $20
v. GET MY SWAG BACK: ( 6-Week CHALLENGE): Get your discipline back and more! You will get my guided instruction and motivation over the 6-week period so you can meet your wellness and life goals.
If you need a challenge and a Coach to hold you accountable then this program is for you. There is a lot of practice involved that requires your commitment.
We do yoga asanas, breathing practices, and affirmations. Diet/food plays an important role over the 6-Weeks period.

The highlight of Get My Swag Back program is Yoga Nidra. We wait until the last week to do this, by then your mind and body are ready to receive such a deep practice.

vi. PARTNER YOGA (60 minutes): Whether it’s your first class or if you’re a yogic experts, doing yoga in partnership can strengthen bonds and help develop connections that translate into more trusting powerful duos. Appropriate for relationships of all kinds. $40 per couple
vii. COUPLES CONNECT (75 minutes): Couples yoga is about giving and receiving. Enjoy a sense of fun and play, while learning to build trust as you hold, support and balance your bodies and breath in unison. It is sure to help you deeply reconnect with your partner and introduce you to new tools for staying connected. Private Session: $70 per couple, Group Sessions: $40 per couple
viii. LOVE MY DADDY/ MOMMY & ME YOGA (50 minutes): Created to extend the parent-child bond. Yoga is a great way to be playful, have fun, and bond in a safe space. Doing yoga stretches and poses with your
child is soothing and healing. Private Session: $60 per couple, Group Sessions: $40 per couple
