Asana Movement: We make yoga routines specific to your needs. A.M.Y Asana movements are great for beginners who have made a decision to move into health and work excellently for competitive athletes, fitness buffs or those on focused on health maintenance. Like our motto: Anyone Can Be A.M.Y, our programs are designed for everyone! With our digital platform you can be A.M.Y, anytime and anywhere – even at work!

Breath-Work: We believe that mind-body and spiritual Health is our greatest Wealth. Yogic breathing shifts the energies of the mind. A.M.Y’s Breath-work is designed to help participants breathe their way to a better workday. Participants will be led through a series of breathing exercises designed to increase energy, blood circulation and support mental and physical pain management.

Chakra Meditation: Chakra Meditation is essential to A.M.Y’s three-part program. Through a series of one-of-a- kind powerful Chakra Meditations, A.M.Y students/participants will learn practical tools for spiritual and physical wellness. A.M.Y’s Chakra Meditation practices created to help you comfortably release heavy energy from your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual being. COACH

Charu Puri is international yogi, coach, public speaker and author.  Charu began as an actress, pursuing film roles in Bollywood and Hollywood.  For the life of an actress mind-body upkeep is crucial.  As a spiritualist and health enthusiast Charu maintained this balance very well with consistent yoga, breathing and chakra meditation practice prior to her acting career.

The transition to Yogi came after countless peers began relying on her advice, suggestions, and keen sense of centeredness.  After training in India and abroad, Charu took on the challenge of helping others find their inner yogi. She moved from entertainment to enlightenment. She now believes that, “We can all by A.M.Y”.

Charu’s face can be seen on the cover of several Canadian magazines. Her written work has been featured in online and print magazines. She has been the guest experts for a wellness segment on “Breath of Fresh Air” television show in the UK, as well as hosted several seminars for national health and education conferences.

Her uniquely modern approach to yoga practice, gives a new dynamic and soulful edge to yoga lifestyle. With an energy all her own, she intuitively works the healing therapies that highlight these ancient practices.  An alluring and ethereal confidence mixed with a down-to-earth mentality is well-rooted in her knowledge, experience and passion.

Charu has over 15 years of experience as a yogi and healer for a cross-section of individuals, groups, and companies in both the United State, Canada and India.  She has helped hundreds of busy professionals, artists and community leaders, transform their mind, body and spirit by creating sustainable personal action plans for total being wellness.
